Parmigiano Reggiano of this seasoning can be accompanied by red wines like Sangiovese di Romagna, Gutturnio, Chianti Classico. It is excellent cut in slivers in a fruit salad (pears, apples, grapefruits, oranges) dressed with Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale of Reggio Emilia. The cheese can be accompanied by every kind of dried fruit, like walnuts, hazelnuts, figs.
